Inquire about how to control Screenberry with Touchdegenerator and AMX

Hello, I’m a Screenberry user.
It is a site where Screenberry is installed, and it is an environment where Touchdesigner and AMX are integrated and controlled. Which node should I use to control audio volume with Touchdesigner? And the volume
It should be adjusted to an absolute value (ex: 10% 20% 30%…100%) rather than an increase or decrease, is there a control command for this?

If you are using the TouchEngine node in Screenberry to run a TouchDesigner (.tox) project, please note that it currently does not support audio input or output.

To help you more effectively, could you clarify your setup?

  • Are you using the TouchEngine node inside Screenberry?
  • Or are you running TouchDesigner independently on the same machine?
  • Alternatively, is TouchDesigner running on a separate PC, with its output captured via a video capture device?

If your audio playback is handled within the TouchDesigner project itself, it typically uses the system’s default audio device. In this case, you would:

  • Set the system volume to maximum.
  • Use TouchDesigner’s internal nodes (such as Audio Device Out in combination with Audio Dynamics or similar) to manage volume at the project level.

If you’re planning to control the volume through AMX, this is also possible. While I’m not deeply familiar with AMX specifically, most show control systems allow for sending custom network commands, which can be configured to match your volume control requirements.

Let me know a bit more about your system setup and I can guide you more precisely.
